JOB DESCRIPTION

How you’ll make an impact
This position is open to candidates in
HCM City
As an HR & Admin Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to office administration, learn how internal operations are coordinated, and build practical skills in a collaborative and international workplace.
What you’ll do

Work with vendors & building management for office operation

Support reception duties, prepare meeting rooms and tea breaks

Handle incoming/outgoing mails, parcels,...

Support internal events when needed

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for
Detail- oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
3rd- year or 4th- year student (HR, Business, Languages, or a related field)
Good communication skills, proactive attitude
Good command of English, proficient in Microsoft Office
