Fancy Creative Agency is expanding, and we are looking for a hungry and dynamic B2B Sales Executive. We aren&039;t your average agency—we sit at the unique intersection of Digital Marketing, AI Business Solutions, and Specialty Coffee OEM.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and contract renewals.
Close the Deal: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals and hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Hunt & Pitch: Identify and approach potential B2B clients (ranging from corporate brands needing digital marketing/AI solutions to cafes and restaurants needing coffee OEM).
Market Mapping: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities in both the Tech/Agency and F&B sectors.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and prepare compelling proposals and quotations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1- 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. (Experience in an Advertising Agency, SaaS/Tech, or the F&B/Coffee industry is a massive advantage!).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Vietnamese (English proficiency is a strong plus).
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable speaking to business owners and C- level executives.
Attitude: A self- starter with a "hunter" mentality. You are driven by targets, resilient to rejection, and hungry for commissions.
