Role Overview
This is a high- ownership, execution- driven role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion.
You will:
Directly contribute to revenue through B2B deals and marketing activities
Act as the key connection between CEO – Sales – Marketing team
Lead day- to- day execution of Sales & Marketing
The CEO sets the strategy — you drive execution and results

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B Sales Growth
Identify and develop B2B partnerships: swimming pools, golf courses, resorts, hotels, F&B chains
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Proactively approach, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Propose sales initiatives to increase revenue at point of sale
Track performance and ensure revenue targets are met
Execute Marketing for Revenue
Plan and execute marketing activities with a clear focus on driving sales
Collaborate with:
Marketing Executive (content)
Designer (visuals)
Execute
Propose content and campaign ideas that improve conversion
On- ground activations / sampling
Campaigns (giveaways, KOLs, collaborations)
Social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Coordination & Ownership
Act as the main point of contact between CEO and team
Ensure smooth execution across Sales & Marketing
Provide market insights and propose improvements
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Self- driven, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast- paced startup environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Good English is a must
Proven experience in B2B sales (F&B, FMCG, hospitality is a strong advantage)
Vietnamese candidates are preferred
Preferred age range: 26 – 32
3–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue- driven activities
Nice to Have
Existing network in swimming pools, golf, hospitality, or F&B
Experience building channels or brands from scratch
Ability to create Marketing content is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Gross monthly salary: 15,000,000 VND – 25,000,000 VND

Full employment contract under Vietnamese labor law
