JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal Operations & Reporting
Support internal administrative processes including PA/PO/PR submission and tracking
Monitor and track competitor activities across e- commerce platforms
Collect and consolidate monthly Sales Order (SO) data for the Trade team
External Coordination & Documentation
Assist in preparing contracts, annexes, and acceptance documents (BBNT)
Collect and verify payment documents (rate cards, BBNT, invoices) to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Affiliate & Creator Management
Support execution and tracking of TikTok UGC campaigns
Manage product samples for KOLs/creators, including allocation and tracking
Livestream Operations
Follow up with agencies on Shopee livestream operations (timeline, hosts, execution)
Prepare materials for on- site setup, product demonstrations, and minigame activities
Coordinate livestream schedules and co- hosting activities with platforms and partners
Product Listing
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and well- presented on platforms
Support product listing for new SKUs (main products and promotional/gift items)
REQUIREMENTS
Final- year student or fresh graduate in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, E- commerce, Communications, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English(preferred).
Passionate about beauty, cosmetics and FMCG.
Detail- oriented, organized and able to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; knowledgeof livestream platforms or affiliate tools is a plus.
