Functional AI Partners is a dedicated team specializing in the development and placement of “Digital Staff” — intelligent, user- friendly AI tools designed to automate routine tasks and empower professionals to focus on higher- value, creative work.
About the Role
We’re looking for AI- first thinkers — people who are genuinely excited about building intelligent products and want to be hands- on across the entire AI development cycle. This isn’t a support role. You’ll own real AI product work from day one: prototyping, building, shipping, and iterating on the Digital Staff that our clients rely on.
If you’ve been tinkering with LLMs, building side projects with AI agents, or can’t stop experimenting with the latest models — this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
Build AI Products End- to- End

Develop and iterate on Agentic AI features: prompt engineering, model integration, tool orchestration, and output evaluation.
Work across the full AI product lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through to production deployment.
Help build and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment automation (MLOps/LLMOps).

Ship & Iterate

Collaborate with the team to integrate AI capabilities into live products.
Move fast from Proof- of- Concept to production- ready features. We value speed and learning over perfection.
Monitor AI system performance (latency, accuracy, cost) and propose improvements.

Learn & Grow

Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge- sharing sessions.
Stay current with the latest in LLMs, AI agents, and multi- agent systems — and bring new ideas to the team.

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For
Must- Haves

Familiarity with Large Language Models — how they work, their capabilities, and their limitations.
Hands- on experience (personal projects, coursework, competitions, or internships) with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
Comfortable with Python and at least one ML/DL framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).

Nice- to- Haves

Personal projects or open- source contributions involving AI/LLMs.
Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) or prompt engineering.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or MLOps/containerization tools.
