CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (English/Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia/Malay/Filipino)

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work at a warranty consultation center equipped with full facilities and tools to support your tasks
Support customers during product usage, including guidance on proper operation and maintenance of household appliances
Update call results and customer information in the system
Receive, handle, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, etc., with a professional and customer- centric attitude
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Resolve product- related issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying root causes, proposing appropriate solutions, and providing clear explanations. Escalate cases to the technical team when necessary
Working Hours:
Flexible 8- hour shifts, including a 1- hour lunch break
1 day off per week (not fixed on Sunday)

REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (For all markets)
Experience in customer service/BPO, preferably in companies specializing in household appliances
Good communication and problem- solving skills
Patient, detail- oriented, and service- minded
Ability to follow processes and organize personal work effectively
Customer- oriented mindset, patient and professional
🇸🇬 Singapore Market
Experience supporting high- standard customers is a plus
Clear, neutral accent with professional tone
Fluent in English and Mandarin (mandatory)
Fast response and strong problem- solving skills (Singapore customers expect efficiency)
🇲🇾 Malaysia Market
Fluent in Malay (Bahasa Melayu) and English
Understanding of Malaysian customer behavior is an advantage
Able to handle bilingual communication (Malay – English)
Basic Mandarin communication is a plus
🇮🇩 Indonesia Market
Native or fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good communication and typing skills
Understanding of Indonesian online customer behavior is a plus
Basic English communication is a plus
Friendly and patient when handling customer inquiries
🇵🇭 Philippines Market
Experience in BPO/customer service is highly preferred
Ability to handle high- volume calls
Strong communication skills with clear pronunciation
Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
