We are seeking a motivated business analyst intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with various departments to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions. Document processes and procedures using flowcharts, diagrams, and other visualization tools
Gather requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and reviewing documentation
Attend project meetings and interact with team members across the organization
Research and analyze data to draw insights and make recommendations
Identify pain points and areas for optimization in current business processes
Support improvement and implementation initiatives as needed
Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis and solutions

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Quick learner who can keep up in a fast- paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Pursuing a bachelor&039;s degree in business analytics, information systems or related field
Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel, or other data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Knowledge of process improvement frameworks
Understanding of databases and data analysis
Project management and documentation skills
