Job Summary
The Social Admin Intern will be responsible for supporting administrative activities and managing paperwork related to Social Media projects. This position ensures smooth connections between departments and supports the activities of the Social Media team.
Job Responsibility
Financing
Assist in preparing acceptance documents including contracts, acceptance minutes, invoices, and payment requests.
Help monitor the payment process with the accounting team to ensure KOLs/suppliers are paid on time per contract terms.
Support the Social team in collecting service acceptance information and coordinating invoice issuance timelines with KOLs/suppliers.
Contract
Update contract information into the general management file.
Continuously monitor the status of new contracts.
Support the content of new contracts before signing with customers/partners.
Paperwork Supporting
Scan contracts and arrange to store documents in a reasonable and easy- to- find manner.
Submit documents for signing & stamping.
Assist the team in ensuring complete documents for printing.
Manage express delivery: send documents to customers/partners & ensure documents are delivered to the correct place.

Required Skills/ Abilities
Problem- solving, logical & critical thinking.
Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
English: able to read and understand (related to reviewing contracts, emails from clients).
Strong ownership, time management, and quick action.
MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience and Education
No prior experience required- we will train you! Any experience in an administrative or document management role is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields.
