In this position, You will use the US accounting/tax and accounting tools (including softwares and web- based systems) from basic to advanced tasks in stages as well as working directly with professionals including US CPAs in English daily. This would be perfect fit for who has passion to learn and try new things in international and professional working environment. Unlike traditional internships, you will work

directly with US- based CPAs. We prioritize actual professional development over administrative tasks—you will be trained through real- world projects and professional workflows from the beginning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations &Payroll reconciliations
- Maintain electronic recordsensuring well- organized and easily accessible
- Journal Entry
- Report job status regularly andoccasionally
- Handle confidential informationin all forms ensuring secure
- Organize, analyze, review,modify and verify the correctness & accuracy of information
- Communicate with and respond toclients in timely manner
- Other duties assigned as gettingmore experienced
- Payroll & Payroll tax

REQUIREMENTS

Job requirements
* Qualification
- Able to multitask, prioritizeand work under pressure
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English
- Excellent problem solving andcustomer service skills
- Ability to work independentlyunder limited supervision
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality of privileged information
- With Full- time:Candidates with up to 3 years of working experience, preferably in aninternational accounting services firm.
- Experience in US or Australianaccounting practice and accounting softwares as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online,CFS, Xero, MYOB and etc. is an advantage
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill
- Must be dependable, responsibleand prepared to work scheduled hours
- High degree of accuracy andattention to detail
- With Internship:Final- year students or Freshers from University/College who are eager to starta career in US Accounting and can work fulltime with our working hours.
- Ability to learn rapidly,absorb, and follow a wide range of business rules and workflows
Tuesday- Saturday:6a.m- 3 p.m (Lunch time 1 hour)
Working time: Monday: 6a.m- 11a.m
* CV must be in English
* Fresh graduate or soon to begraduated who can work full- time are most welcomed (Graduate certificate is notrequired when applying)
* Internship candidate can beconsidered to be regular staff after internship (no need probation period)
