JOB DESCRIPTION

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
- Assist the Lighting Design Leaders with the project assessment;
- Support the Lighting Design Leaders in preparing the project meetings;
- Review, and understand the Project strategies and organization (internal, external);
- Support the Lighting Concept team in preparing mood boards, visualization images, and conceptual assessments;
- Ensure and prepare all design documents that are aligned with the lighting concept;
- Adjust the design under the Lighting Design Leader&039;s advice;
- Support the Lighting Design Leader to obtain approval on design deliverables from the client;
- Report to the Design Manager on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

Support the legal and administrative team in day- to- day tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist in coordinating projects, particularly around logistics, contract management, and supplier relations.
Work under the supervision of the Business Operations (BO) team to help manage contracts with suppliers and coordinate deliveries for projects.
Provide support in organizing and documenting meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on key project actions.
Undertake project file research and compose the Internal Project Brief.
Help ensure timely delivery and coordination across various projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Requirements:
Background:

A background or academic focus in law, linguistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
