About This Position

Our services target Mainland China as the key market and other Asian markets such as Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong. Therefore, the channels that we’re targeting can be different, but with a global outreach. All the more reasons why we’re looking for an A Player! 😉

And such, we are looking for an A- player that can really contribute to the team with innovative ideas and strategic value.
This position requires a high level of proactivity and a self- driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Marketing Department, delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also occasionally help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.

Responsibilities 1) Market Research & Marketing (70%)

Conduct market research across multiple channels:
Assist in gathering and analyzing market data and resources in both Chinese and English through both online and offline channels. You will support the team in monitoring topics like China (luxury) market updates, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, Clienteling, CRM, Salesforce China, and other updates on China digital landscape (e..g, WeChat, Xiaohongshu).
Collaborate with different departments for insight gathering: Strategy & Consulting, Tech, Design, and Presales teams
Content creation and publishing:
Help plan, develop, and implement SEO and PPC activities, including recommending changes to the website architecture, content, keyword placement and density, linking, and other factors.
Help create and publish engaging long- and short- form content for our main channels, including: ITC Website Blog and Projects (case studies), LinkedIn, Newsletter, Whitepaper/Report, WeChat, and partners’ channels and industry publications.
Monitor marketing performance: Deliver detailed marketing KPI reports (lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement) with visualized dashboards and actionable insights across all channels.

2) LinkedIn Lead Generation / Lead Qualification to attract new business opportunities (20%)

Assist in strategic planning, analysis and implementation for LinkedIn lead generation activities
Implement daily outbound communications via LinkedIn to targeted potential leads in order to plan meetings to explore partnership synergies
Attend & assist lead qualification communication

3) CRM Management & Reporting (10%)

Take ownership of CRM and Email Marketing System updates for lead management, ensuring the systems and processes are properly respected.
Use Excel or other analytics tools to identify trends and propose action courses to further enhance company’s activities where needed

Requirements

Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
Experienced with Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools
Current studying in Marketing / Digital or relevant fields
Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the team’s needs
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem- solving skills
Strong communication in English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and researching skills to facilitate cross- border discussions and content writing
Able to commit at least 4 days/week, from 5- 6 months
Excellent attention to details / detailed- oriented
Great visualization skills
Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets
Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast- paced digital industry

Nice to have:

Knowledge about the digital landscape, Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, eCommerce, WeChat, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc…
Familiar with WordPress CMS backend

About this position

This position is requiring a high level of proactivity and a self- driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Strategy & Consulting Department, delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also occasionally help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual representation of complex ideas.
Other ad- hoc requests by management
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support the Pre- Sales team in strategic decision- making.
Work with Strategy team, IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Develop visually appealing and impactful presentation decks to showcase our products and services.
Build highly tailor- made & illustrative Sales & Strategy proposals to win the clients
Conduct market research to gather information and insights that strengthen proposal content

Requirements
