We are looking for a Recruiter Intern/Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is suitable for fresh candidates who want to develop their skills in a professional and international logistics environment. You will support the end- to- end recruitment process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and hire the right talents.
Location: 2A–4A Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hour: 8:00 A.M.- 5:50 P.M.
Job Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Intern (Full- time)
Key Responsibilities:

Update candidate information in the recruitment system in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Prepare candidate documents, probation contracts, and support onboarding activities.
Coordinate interviews, support candidate evaluation.
Support employer branding activities
Receive hiring requests and coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Support screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, and prepare qualified candidate shortlists.
Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
Assist in the offer process.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
4th year student or fresher who can intern full time (at least 3 months)
Careful, proactive, and able to work in a fast- paced environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
