JOB DESCRIPTION

- Other tasks as assignedby supervisors from time to time
- Drafting and reviewinglegal documents in Englishand Vietnamese
- Assisting lawyers on mattersrelated to FDI, labor, commercial law, M&A and other legal matters(including delivering documentsto the governmental authorities for various licensing)
- Translating of documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa

REQUIREMENTS

- Having lawyer trainingcertificate or being an attendance of such course
- Being excellent at English
- Being able to workindependently andproactively
- Graduated from a LawFaculty of a Vietnamese university
