MERCHANDISE ADMIN INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
Assist in consolidating data and preparing basic reports (products, sales, promotions, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team: prepare documents, data entry, maintain and update systems
Support calendar management, meeting scheduling and prepare materials when required
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Excel skills
Detail- oriented, careful and responsible
3rd/4th- year students or fresh graduates in relevant majors (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, etc.)
Basic English proficiency (able to read and write simple emails and documents)
