Finance Assistant (Accounting & Documentary)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Finance Assistant (Accounting & Documentary)-
District 1
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Finance and documentary support tasks (80%)

Monitoring and reporting AR&AP daily to Finance team leader.
Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and reconciliations.
Support tax filing, audits, and document organization.
Verify documents and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Input and manage financial data in the accounting system.
Provide general administrative support and assist in daily accounting tasks.

Office tasks (20%)

Support other tasks as assigned by the Finance team leader/BOD team.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Female candidates – born in 2005 only.
We’re only hiring freshers – no work experience required.
Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written).
Willingness to learn, detail- oriented, and responsible.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.

Client development (50%)

Develop new clients through cold- calling, meetings, quotation preparations, price negotiations.
Identifying, attracting, and building relationships with target customers to create business opportunities.
Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partners.

Payment & debt control (30%)

Monitor customer credit limits and payment status before, during, and after transactions, and coordinate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payment collection.

Customer relationship management (20%)

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and additional contracts.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Final- year students and Bachelor&039;s degree graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
Fluency in English is a must (4 skills).
Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is preferred.

Base salary is offered from $500 to $800 (gross/month) depending on experience and qualifications.
