Social Media Researcher is responsible for the execution, managing and delivery through quality servicing and day- to- day administration of client service, coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects, with guidance from senior level, contributing to the team success.
As a Social Media Researcher, you’ll turn real- time conversations and behavioral data into sharp, strategic insights that drive brand growth. You’ll analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover what matters most—helping clients lead, not follow. Partnering with cross- functional teams, you’ll shape research, spot opportunities, and deliver insights that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Data Quality Control & Logical Validation (35%)Identify and report data anomalies or errors to the Data team, ensuring all outputs meet quality benchmarks.
Work closely with the internal Data team to address data integrity issues promptly.
Review and verify the logical consistency of extracted data based on project coding criteria and classification standards.
Data Processing (30%)
Ensure consistency and clarity in outputs formatting and visuals.
Visualize data through charts, dashboards, and slide decks in alignment with project templates and client requirements.
Export and structure data from social media listening platforms.
Perform quality checks (QC) on classified social media data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Implement best practices for data storage and documentation.
Maintain and organize data files systematically to ensure ease of access, traceability, and version control.
Coordinate with relevant teams to track data versions and ensure consistency across project stages.
Be proactive in clarifying project scopes and data requests to ensure alignment between teams.
Provide clear communication regarding data structures, limitations, and insights to support Research reporting.
Collaborate closely with Research (RS) and Data teams to thoroughly understand project objectives, client requirements, and deliverable expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/ KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Data Operations / Data Processing is a plus. Fresh graduates with strong logical thinking and attention to detail are welcome.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with Research and Data teams.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, especially in data functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Strong logical thinking and problem- solving mindset, with the ability to detect inconsistencies and data irregularities.
Fresh graduates with a keen interest in working with data and a strong learning attitude are welcome.
Experience in Data Operations, Data Processing, Data Entry, or Data Quality Control is a strong advantage.
Experience working with large datasets (Excel/Google Sheets) and handling repetitive data tasks while maintaining accuracy.
A team player who communicates effectively and collaborates seamlessly with cross- functional teams.
Detail- oriented with a strong data accuracy mindset.
Logical thinker with a structured and methodical approach to problem- solving.
