KromLab is the Research & Development entity of XOMAD, one of the oldest influencer marketing agencies in the business. Our Ho Chi Minh based team loves brainstorming over happy hour, lunch breaks with live music, and (totally optional) team workouts. As a part of the XOMAD family, we have worked with Fortune 500 brands, including Unilever, L’Oréal, Nivea, Paul Mitchell, ShowTime, and more to develop effective influencer campaigns. We ensure brands their audiences with creative influencer- generated content that in turn affects real- world sales. Specifically, we are developing the following: 1- A data mining and profiling system that automatically identifies and profiles lifestyle influencers on social media (currently Instagram & Twitter). We are applying many AI and machine learning techniques from analyzing the text of what people wrote on social media with NLP to analyzing images to understand the context of the image using deep learning models. 2- A trend detection engine that automatically alerts brands about emerging lifestyle trends among their target audiences. 3- A web- based collaborative activation platform that connects high- profile social media users to local and Fortune 500 brands, and delivers effective authentic content to target market demographics. 4- A web- based business application that equips influencers with necessary tools to build, grow, and manage their business of influence, including a recommendation capability for lead generation and pitch creation. Our senior development team consists of a well- respected ElasticSearch expert- Duy Do, a humble ex- Misfit/time- series database specialist- Trung Huynh, a beer- lover yet highly competent ex- Sentifi Frontend lead- Thong Nguyen, and a world nomad HCMUS alum data ninja/scientist- Hoan Nguyen.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Labeling Data – Nhân viên phân loại dữ liệu trên Instagram.

( phỏng vấn online 1 vòng duy nhất! )

Mô tả công việc:

- Tìm hiểu về ngành Influencer Marketing.

- Sử dụng Google sheet để phân loại dữ liệu: Kiểm tra, chỉnh sửa và sắp xếp thông tin của Profile Influencer theo sheet có sẵn.

- Làm báo cáo,phân tích đánh giá chất lượng của Profile Influencer phù hợp theo từng dự án (ngày/tháng/quý).

- Đảm bảo chất lượng và hoàn thành đúng deadline.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Yêu cầu đơn giản:

- Sử dụng MS Office, đặc biệt là Google sheet.

- Yêu thích làm việc với dữ liệu.

- Yêu thích sử dụng mạng xã hội (facebook, Instagram, tiktok) và thích cập nhật theo xu hướng mới.

- Tiếng anh đọc hiểu tốt ( Toeic 700 trở lên )

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ

Quyền lợi:

- Mức lương: 8.000.000 VND/tháng.

- Tham gia đầy đủ bảo hiểm BHXH, BHYT, BHTN
