JOB DESCRIPTION

Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế định kỳ theo quy định / Prepare financial statements and tax reports as required.
Lưu trữ chứng từ, sổ sách kế toán đầy đủ, khoa học / Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Hạch toán, kiểm tra và theo dõi các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh hàng ngày / Record and verify daily accounting transactions.
Quản lý công nợ phải thu, phải trả; theo dõi thanh toán với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp / Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Kiểm soát chi phí, đối chiếu số liệu nội bộ / Monitor expenses and reconcile internal data.
Làm việc với ngân hàng, cơ quan thuế và các bên liên quan / Work with banks, tax authorities, and relevant parties.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý / Other tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

Am hiểu quy định về thuế và chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam / Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting standards.
Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán / Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương / At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Cẩn thận, trung thực, có trách nhiệm cao / Careful, honest, and responsible.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng Anh là lợi thế / English reading skills are an advantage.
Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kế toán / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Monitor competitor activities
Manage existing corporate accounts
Develop tailored proposals for corporate gifting and events
Ensure repeat business and seasonal campaigns (Tet, year- end gifting, corporate events)
Identify emerging corporate trends and opportunities
Maintain long- term relationships with procurement and decision- makers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
