JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs across various platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with experts to create engaging learning materials and resources.
• Participate in the assessment and analysis of training effectiveness through surveys, evaluations, and metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary materials.
• Develops Training aids for recruitments: poster, training guideline, Multimedia visual aids, and reference works
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good in Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative solutions in talent development.
• Availability for a minimum of 3- 4 months internship duration
