POSITION OVERVIEW
The Partnership Intern supports the team in the day- to- day operation and communication of partnership programs, coordination of events and workshops, and execution of B2B corporate agreements.
This role works closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth implementation, timely follow- up, and consistent delivery across partnership activities. It also provides hands- on experience in partnership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution within a leading luxury retail business environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in implementing Partnership campaigns
Support the execution and daily operation of partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination from preparation to launch.
Assist in tracking campaign performance and operational results, and prepare internal reports, recaps, and post- campaign summaries for monitoring and evaluation.
Coordinate with partners and internal teams to prepare communication materials, contracts, and required documents.
Support B2B corporate partnership operations
Support cross- functional coordination with internal teams and corporate clients to follow up on timelines, product requests, delivery status, and related operational matters.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotation documents, contracts, and other materials related to B2B corporate partnership opportunities.
Assist in monitoring B2B project progress, updating sales trackers, consolidating client requests, and preparing internal reports or recaps for follow- up.
Market & Business Research for Partnership and Corporation
Analyze partnership campaign ideas from local and international markets for potential adaptation.
Conduct research to identify potential partners in banking, real estate, luxury lifestyle, etc.
Event & workshop assistance
Manage guest lists, send invitations, and confirm attendance for events and workshops.
Coordinate with Marcom, Retail, and Store teams to prepare materials, gifts, and promotions for smooth execution.
Record event details and feedback, and assist in preparing post- event reports.
Assist with on- site logistics, including guest check- in and welcoming attendees.
Support other Marketing tasks
Support Marketing administrative tasks.
Research and stay up to date on market information and communication trends.
Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested.

Knowledge & Qualification
Knowledge of Marketing and CRM systems is a plus
Final- year student in Business, Banking, Economics or related fields
Full- time, 6- month internship (Monday–Friday)
