POSITION DESCRIPTION
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Title: Human Resources Intern (Recruitment)
Reporting To: Recruitment Team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support (70%)

Send interview invitations via email and schedule interviews for candidates.
Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media.
Screen CVs, shortlist potential candidates and conduct initial phone screening
Assist in preparing interview materials and recruitment reports.

HR Administration (20%)

Create and maintain new employee records, including personal information, documents, CVs, and related files.
Track and update candidate database and CV status throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare welcome onboard design and onboarding documents as timeline required

Employer Branding (10%)

Support the management of all channels and content posting.
Assist in proposing ideas and producing employer branding and recruitment content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Track and report engagement metrics of content when required.

PERSONAL SPECS

Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9AM to 6PM).
Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or related fields.

Detail- oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition.
