JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition (Intern / Permanent). This role focuses on junior to mid- level hiring across functions such as Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Support, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Achieve monthly performance targets and revenue goals
Perform market mapping and talent engagement
Involve in business development planning and execution
Manage end- to- end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements
Source and secure new clients and/or job positions actively

REQUIREMENTS

Self- driven, resilient, and target- oriented
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, KPI- driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fresh graduates who are highly motivated and keen to build a high- income career are encouraged to apply
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
