JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:marketing and reservation executive
REQUIREMENTS
KeyResponsibilities:
Provideprompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
Preparedaily and weekly reservation reports for management.
Addressguest inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations.
Confirmand manage reservations, ensuring accurate records in the reservation system.
Communicatespecial requests and requirements to the appropriate departments.
Conductregular follow- ups with guests to ensure a positive experience.
Handleall incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Monitorreservation trends and suggest improvements to optimize occupancy and guestsatisfaction.
Assistin developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures.
Ensureall reservation details are accurate and complete.
Workclosely with the events team to manage group bookings and special events.
Notifyrelevant departments of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
Maintainand update guest databases.
Maintaina detailed and up- to- date reservations calendar.
Additionalresponsibilites:
Conductingmarket research, including the creation, sourcing and utilisation of key focusgroups and questionnaires.
Copywriting,content for social post.
Marketingexecutive support (with Marketing team)
Otherad hoc duties as assigned.
Writingcreative copy, content strategy and implementation. Tracking data analytics.
Collaboratingon the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans andstrategies, product concepts and promotional programmes driving interest andsales.
Themaintenance and upkeep of social page to enhance the user experience.
Ensuringdistribution of internal and external marketing materials and communications.
Requirements:
Strongproficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Previousexperience in F&B operations is preferred.
Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellentcommunication skills to manage client and vendor relationships.
Abilityto work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays,based on event schedules.
Problem- solvingskills.
