Job Summary
Working Location: 8th Floor, TMS Building, 172 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC
We are currently seeking a local Legal Intern to join our team at GPLaw- a foreign law firm under RBA Vietnam that provides high- quality legal services to international companies operating in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Position: Legal Intern
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands- on legal experience in a dynamic, international working environment with a focus on foreign investment law, corporate services, and regulatory compliance in Vietnam. As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with our lawyers and advisors to support client matters and internal projects on a day- to- day basis.
Internship Duration: 3- 6 months
Reporting to: Associate Lawyers

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, with a strong interest in gaining practical experience in a professional legal environment.
Demonstrated interest in foreign investment law, corporate law, and working with international clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and solid legal writing skills.
Proactive, responsible and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Handle other legal or administrative tasks as required
Help prepare legal opinion, letters, articles, and service proposals
Join client meetings (when applicable) and support follow- up actions
Provide support on due diligence reports in M&A transactions
Support the drafting and review of contracts, company policies, internal regulations, licensing/tax applications
Assist in legal research and summarize relevant updates on Vietnamese regulations impacting foreign- invested enterprises
