What you do:

You will assist your N+1 to run different recruitment projects including recruitment and researching.
Ad- hoc projects will be included for mutual growing purposes.
You will receive training and be able to apply knowledge to manage a talent pool from different levels.
As a Recruitment support, you will be a part of the recruitment cycle ensuring the process runs smoothly.
Prepare job posting and being in charge of designing and writing content for branding purposes.

What we need from you:

Able to use Excel and familiar with sheet, chart, reporting,…
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English speaking in both verbal and written.
Passionate working with people and converting into business opportunities.
Familiar with design tools such as Canvas, photoshops, video editing,…
Hardworking and meticulous at work.
Active and Progressive to improve self- productivity at work.
Students with dynamic activities in Union/Association/Club is a plus.
Good analytical mindset, a big plus if you have a proven track in analytical subjects.
