Position: Marketing Intern
At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our Marketing Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we’re looking a Marketing Intern to join our international team from Germany and Vietnam.
Support Marketing team in content creation, social media management, employer branding, and digital marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands- on experience in B2B marketing, corporate communications, and event coordination while working in an international engineering consulting environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Content
• Collaborate with Marketing team to create high- quality visuals, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Support website content updates and basic SEO optimization activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and global brand strategy.
• Support management and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital channels;
• Develop engaging content for social media, website, and corporate communications.
Brand, Communication & Business Support
• Support business development by preparing presentations, proposals, and company portfolios.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to maintain consistency in branding and tone across all markets.
• Assist in event planning including career fair, recruitment events, client meetings, company milestones, and CSR activities.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Final- year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or project experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, website management, or SEO is a plus.
• 0–1 year of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or related fields.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
• Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
• Able to use Canva, Photoshop and CapCut to create basic visual and video content.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and short- form video content.
• Good research and information- gathering skills.
Desirable
• Basic knowledge of German language or experience working in a German/European company environment is a plus.
• Prior experience in a civil engineering, structural design, or construction- related company is an advantage.
