Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and documentation.
Ensure company practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research on regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate laws.
Review and analyze cases, policies, and legal issues related to business operations.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support the preparation of legal reports and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as required.
Participate in contract negotiations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Excellent research, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese legal regulations and corporate law.
Previous internship experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail- oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Currently 3rd, 4th- year student pursuing a bachelor&039;s degree in law (can work at least 4 days/working week)
