REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce and regularly publish newsletter services for the talent pool.
• Offer letter management and onboard the selected candidate.
• Post on all social media platforms and collect candidates for the open positions.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager to build up the shortlist for the candidates.
• Closely work with the team members to manage their expectations, difficulties and ensure they sustain high morale.
• Produce weekly videos to show the company&039;s cultural trends and build employer branding.
• Innovate ideas and gather materials for content creation purposes.
• Coordinate the interview rounds with the candidate and the hiring manager.
• Being part of the workforce planning of the VSHR Pro Academy and ensuring recruitment is done for those open positions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Passionate about Human Resources.
• Have a sense of responsibility for the work.
• Desire to become a future role model for Human Resource Executive.
• Can- do attitude, willing to learn.
• Capable of teamwork.
• Disciplined.
• Good communication, presentation skills, and creativity.
• Hungry to learn new things.
