Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Quality Control
- Lead the execution of all design deliverables across social- first and influencer campaigns (visuals, branded content, layouts, motion graphics, digital assets).
- Ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Review and refine design work from the team, providing clear and actionable feedback.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Build a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages learning and excellence.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising creativity.
- Provide training, guidance, and coaching to upskill team members, nurturing both technical and creative growth.
- Manage and mentor the Design team (graphic, motion, and multimedia designers).
Collaboration & Implementation
- Support campaign rollouts by ensuring all design assets are delivered on time and optimized for each platform.
- Work closely with Creative Director and Copywriters to translate concepts into design executions.
- Partner with Talent Management and Account teams to ensure influencer/KOL/KOC content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign aesthetics.
Innovation & Process Optimization
- Explore new tools and technologies to improve design efficiency and output quality.
- Keep updated with design trends, social platform aesthetics, and content formats (static, motion, short- form video).
- Continuously optimize design workflows and resource allocation for better productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and familiarity with tools like Figma/Canva.
- Detail- oriented, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality under tight timelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and social- first content.
- Experience in managing, coaching, and developing design teams.
- Proven ability to execute and oversee design projects from concept to delivery, especially in social media & influencer marketing contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills: delegation, workflow control, and deadline management.
- 5+ years of hands- on design experience in agencies (digital, creative, influencer/social), with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
