HCM - Digital Marketing Executive

Brand & Content Execution
- Plan and execute digital brand campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Consult and support brand teams on content best practices:
Copywriting
Seasonal fashion storytelling
Reels / short- form videos
Visual direction
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints in line with brand guidelines and retail calendar.
- Analyze engagement metrics (reach, engagement, video views, retention) and optimize creatives accordingly.
- Monitor audience sentiment, fashion trends, and competitor campaigns to inform content strategy.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across:
TikTok Ads (if applicable)
Google Ads
Meta Ads
- Manage end- to- end campaign setup:
Tracking & attribution
Bidding strategies
Creative assets
Audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and store visits.
Offline Conversion & Omnichannel Tracking
- Set up and maintain offline conversion tracking:
CRM & POS data uploads
Store visit / offline purchase attribution
Meta Conversions API
- Analyze performance by region, store, and audience segment to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with retail teams to collect offline sales and lead data.
- Coordinate with IT / analytics teams to ensure accurate setup of:
Pixels
APIs
Event tracking (GA4, GTM).
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, ad platforms) to generate insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Cross- functional Collaboration & Optimization
- Work closely with creative, content, product, and retail teams to:
Develop high- performing ad creatives
Improve landing pages and in- store activation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and formats.
Yêu cầu công việc
Must- Have:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and performance reporting.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (brand, performance, or hybrid).
- Hands- on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and visual storytelling.
Nice- to- Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads or other performance platforms.
- Experience in omnichannel retail environments.
- Experience in fashion, eCommerce, or retail.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Exposure to offline conversion tracking (CAPI, CRM, POS integration).
