[HCM] - Front Office Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with Designing and Implementing Training Programs
Evaluate and continuously improve training programs
Develop and implement effective training programs
Create professional and accessible training materials
Ensure staff members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills
Conduct On- the- Job Training for Front Office Department
Provide hands- on training and coaching to the front office team
Ensure excellent guest service delivery
Monitor and support knowledge application in practice
Focus on both technical skills and soft skills
Train Orientation Classes for Newcomers
Ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
Support integration into the new work environment
Equip them with necessary skills during two- month probation
Lead orientation sessions for new employees
Travel to New Hotel Locations Across Vietnam
Ensure consistency in service quality
Transmit brand culture and standards
Build and train front office teams from the ground up
Support new hotel openings at different locations

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel to different locations across Vietnam
A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on growth and continuous improvement
At least 1 year of experience in the Front office department within the hotel industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
