Provide information about the hotel&039;s hotline and convenient services.
Promptly detect loss and damage and immediately report to management for handling.
Welcome and carry out check- in and check- out procedures for customers.
Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas and other common spaces and public areas.
Carry out detailed and complete handover after shift.
Immediately report customer problems or complaints to management if no remedial measures have been taken.
Check, preserve, and store equipment, tools, and utensils neatly and cleanly in the right place.
Clean rooms periodically according to regulations and assigned schedules. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Have 3- 6 months experience in receptionist, concierge,…3- 5 star hotel/resort scale.
Graduated 12/12 and related degree.
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support.
Discipline and positive attitude.
Proficient in English communication.
WORKING TIME:
Working rotating shifts: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
