[HCM] Guest Relation Officer

Ensure compliance with company service standards and brand guidelines.
Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the system.
Assist in VIP guest arrangements, special occasions, and personalized experiences.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and satisfaction scores.
Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience.
Conduct guest engagement activities and follow up on special requests.
Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services and facilities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated 12/12 and related degree.
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support
Proficient in English communication.
Have 6- 12 months experience in receptionist, concierge,…3- 5 star hotel/resort scale.
Discipline and positive attitude
