Job Summary:
The Brand/Product Marketing Intern will support the Maybelline Brand/Product team in executing marketing strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands- on experience in a dynamic and fast- paced environment within the beauty & makeup industry. The intern will contribute to various projects, including market research, competitive analysis, and brand communication including social media engagement, content creation, and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support
Market Research & Analysis: collect, monitor and analyze consumer trend, market and brand performance to identify opportunities and propose marketing approaches to maximize product/campaign performance. Continuously assess, evaluate activities effectiveness, and propose corrective adjustment if necessary.
Brand communication: assist Brand/Product team in working with internal and external stakeholders to develop all elements of TTL marketing mix (social media & digital, communication assets, activation) to strengthen brand equity and ensure alignment with brand/product positioning per guideline and strategies
Project Management: deliver campaign/new launch plan successfully with high quality and in- time implementation
Qualifications:
Strong interest in the beauty industry and brand marketing
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
