HCM - Merchandise Planning Executive (Brand Max&Co, Weekend Max Mara) - Nhân viên quản lý kế hoạch hàng hóa

A member of Merchandise Planning team of Max&Co, Weekend Brand, responsible for Stock Replenishment from Warehouse to store and Stock Consolidation among stores to ensure Stock sufficient and maximize sales and stock depletion.
Stock Consolidation

Maintain stock data on a weekly basis and ensure data accuracy; timely uploading onto Brand Principal System

Monitor shipment dates, good receiving to do first allocation for new launch SKUs to store, following aligned launching schedule

Coordinate stock movement between regions; between stores and warehouses

Run weekly inventory reports to monitor sale performance

Coordinate defects/repairs and shipment errors claims

Data Manage

Working closely with the team member and IT to ensure all the data is consistent and accurately
Neatly manage all necessary Historical Data relate to Sales, Stock, Shipments

Others

Market research about Competitors
Collect feedback about merchandise from all related teams
Other Tasks assign by Group Brand Director

Experience in Fashion Retail will be considered as an advantage
Logical thinking, teamwork and able to withstand high work pressure
Excel skill: Intermediate.
English: Communicate level
