ROLE PURPOSE
Execute KOL (influencer) marketing initiatives end- to- end for redBus, from identification to briefing of KOLs to the final execution and tracking campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KOL & Influencer Marketing
Maintain and update a KOL database including performance insights and partnership history.
Assist in outreach, communication, and coordination with creators for collaborations and campaigns.
Support the execution of KOL campaigns, including briefing creators, managing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
Research and identify relevant KOLs, creators, and influencers aligned with redBus target audience in Vietnam.
Campaign & Marketing Support
Assist in coordinating with internal teams (brand, performance marketing, creative) to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing influencer- driven campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Performance Tracking
Assist in preparing campaign summaries and reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Assist in tracking and analyzing KOL campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, installs, and traffic.
Social Media
Monitor trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to identify potential creators and content opportunities.
Support social media activities when required for KOL campaigns, including reposting creator content or assisting campaign amplification.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and creator economy.
Enthusiasm for the communications industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow within the field.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for brands from previous internship and school projects, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and algorithms.
Open for Last Year Students or Fresh Graduates with 0- 1 year full- time experience.
Pursuing Minimum Diploma Degree from any study background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, especially creator ecosystems.
Strategic thinking and problem- solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new opportunities.
