The Global E- commerce team focuses on content- driven commerce through livestreaming and short videos. We aim to create a fun, interactive shopping experience and make global trade efficient and accessible. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, flexible, and efficient user experience while providing stable, scenario- based services to help merchants sell quality products at affordable prices — making a better life within reach.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short- term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real- world experience. You will gain practical skills through on- the- job learning in a fast- paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
Other admin- related work and troubleshooting.
Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update.

Self- motivation to deliver tasks at best results as desirable timelines.
Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 6 months; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration.
Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
Analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools

Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and E- commerce.
Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
