Responsibilities
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short- term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real- world experience. You will gain practical skills through on- the- job learning in a fast- paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

The team is responsible for managing the top creators who have strong expertise in BHPC categories (Beauty, Health & Personal Care) within TikTok Shop VN. Team role focuses on creator onboarding, education, incubation, and advancement, ensuring healthy growth, activation, and long- term retention across key verticals.
Responsibilities:

Perform ad- hoc tasks and assignments as required to support the team’s objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
Support ecommerce and influencer marketing initiatives, including coordination with KOLs/KOCs.
Assist in conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and helping to drive business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

Possesses a proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and a positive working attitude.
Currently enrolled in University with Bachelor&039;s degree program related to Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
Available to commit at least 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing
Strong interest in data analysis, ecommerce, and influencer marketing (KOL & KOC).
