Zalopay is looking for an Associate Product Owner who plays a key role within the Online Payment team to create the best payment experience for customers of Zalopay and execute a growth campaign with key partners.
The position is responsible for product planning, execution, and operation throughout the product life cycle, including:

Preparing full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, wireframes, screens spec writing Product requirement
Defining product requirements based on input from stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders during the concept development of a product
Testing the product concepts to prototype with users early and frequently to verify ideas and identify areas for improvement
Defining the data tracking framework for a product and taking ownership in analysis and evaluation of product performance
Monitoring and constantly optimizing existing products to ensure best customer experience

Good time management and stakeholder management skills to meet agreed timeline
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Demonstrated problem- solving skills and hypothesis- driven thinking
Open to all candidates interested in technology/fintech
Proficient in data processing and deriving data- driven insights
