Take ownership of key team projects to enhance sales performance;
Other tasks as assigned.
Serve as a Business Advisor, driving strategic planning, optimizing resource allocation, and data- driven performance analysis to support sellers’ business growth;
Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets;
Provide market insights from sellers&039; perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics;
Monitoring sales performance and preventing potential business risks to maintain smooth seller operations;
Training, supporting, and educating sellers to increase operational efficiency/revenue on Shopee by: providing in- depth market insights (including product, market, operational knowledge, and Shopee features);
Negotiate and promote cooperation with partners (sellers), ensuring the development of Shopee categories&039; customer- to- customer or business- to- customer seller bases;
Fresh graduates from university or less than 1 year of working experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development;
Strong communication skills, able to prepare, lead, and present in meetings with the seller;
Good at planning, analytical skills, and execution, can work with sellers to plan & achieve monthly/yearly commercial targets;
Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs.
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person;
Logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills;
