Suggest final quantity for imported shipments.
Calculate costing, quotation, …
Claim the missing goods/ recorder from suppliers if any.
Follow related documents from suppliers (contract, invoice, other certificates, etc.).
Control stock: review non- moving stock and balance between branches.
Work with local suppliers, create POs on SAP system.
Other duties as assigned.
Coordinate with sale team to take forecast and prepare forecast file.

Undergraduate student and requires a recommendation letter from the university.
Major regarding Economic field.
Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
Good at English speaking and writing is an advantage.
Good at Microsoft office.
