[HCM] SALES SUPERVISOR - MT CHANNEL

• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Other tasks assigned by SM.
• Communicates Retail Team Strategy.
• Lead the team to achieve the target.
• Propose A&P with the SM within budget allocated and build business plan with customers.
• Prospect for potential new key clients and turn this into increased business.
• Support SM to manage and monitors sales team activities.
• Directly Manage key accounts.
• Sets and controls basic call procedures, frequency of visits to ABC type of customers; focus of sales activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
• Formulates strategies and action plans to achieve CFF sales and margin objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with supervisor level.
Prior experience in MT channel sales
English speaking
Management skills, training, staff development
Planning and implementation skills
Communication skills, advice, negotiation
Meticulousness, focused on results, able to work in groups, high commitment
