The role involves leading the Retail Training & Development (RT&D) team to align with Maison&039;s objectives by designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. This position ensures the continuous growth of team capabilities and enhances customer service standards across all stores.
Supervise and support the RT&D team, ensuring their alignment with Maison&039;s training objectives.
Centralize and manage all team reporting data to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Oversee the quality and effectiveness of the trainer team and training programs, utilizing various assessment methods including in- class assessments, store checklists, and evaluations.
Responsible for devising and executing monthly/yearly training plans in line with organizational goals.
Identify current and future training needs, particularly focusing on behavioral and competency- based training requirements.
Develop strategic plans and annual training calendars to guide the RT&D team&039;s activities and priorities.
Develop tailored training programs to meet brand requirements and enhance team capabilities.
Implement training programs as necessary to ensure store teams meet Maison&039;s customer service standards.
Manage the budget and finances associated with training initiatives, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
Work Experience:
Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years in conducting Sales Training or Customer Service Training
Functional skills:
Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
Excellent Presentation Skills
Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
Vietnamese and English proficiency
Proficient in MS office applications
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Other skills:
Hands on and can do attitude
Extremely organized with strong time- management skill
Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
Passionate about continuous learning
Travel required.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
Ability to work independently and with others
