What you will do

Receive, respond to, and resolve creators’ feedback or complaints;
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to address incidents promptly and operate campaigns;
Maintain strong, long- term relationships with creators;
Handle additional tasks assigned by line managers.
Compile and summarize weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports;
Support and advise creators on effective content strategies to help them grow;

Willingness to occasionally work on weekends when needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace;
Solid understanding of social media platforms and trending content;
Friendly, patient, and team- oriented personality;
Experience in community or relationship management;
Excellent communication skills, proactive, fast learner, and detail- oriented;
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field;
