[HCM] Tập Đoàn Công Nghệ Zalo Tuyển Dụng Partnership Collaborator, Zalo Video (News) Full-time 2025

Support the daily operations of the News vertical on Zalo Video, develop partnerships with media organizations (publishers, broadcasters), ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and contribute to building a strong ecosystem of trusted and high- quality news content on the platform.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of content campaigns.
Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimization plans;
Develop and nurture a network of creators and KOLs in news- related fields (entertainment, lifestyle, society)- including outreach, relationship management, and ongoing support;
Assist in managing and executing communication and co- branding activities with news partners (publishers, broadcasters);
Participate in negotiation, onboarding, and maintaining partnerships with news/content providers across categories such as current affairs, social issues, entertainment, and lifestyle;
Act as the primary contact point to receive, coordinate, and resolve partner or creator issues during collaboration;

Skills

Basic data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract insights and propose improvements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build positive partner relationships;
Good project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams;

Knowledge

Familiarity with newsroom workflows, media operations, or content production is a plus.
Understanding of the digital media landscape, news ecosystem, and content distribution on online platforms;

Preferred

Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about news, current affairs, and digital content;
Existing network with journalists, editors, OA channels, or commentators;
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
Prior experience working with publishers, broadcasters, media/PR agencies, or news- related creators;
