JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute sales- related activities, particularly in Sale Order and Delivery Note modules.
Prepare and manage eInvoice/billing reports.
Travel & Expense Supporter
Other tasks or additional projects by the supervisor.
Department Administration (Data tracking, Reporting, or Logistic coordinator).

REQUIREMENTS

4th year student in Bachelor’s degree, major in Business Adminstration, Logistics, International Business...
Mandatory: English
Optional: Japanese, Chinese
Dynamic, flexibility, accuracy
Highly organized and able to multitask, proactive “can do attitude”
No working experiences required, although students with previous experience will have a big advantage
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Dashboard
Communicate effectively with a high attention to details.
