Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a systematic approach to defining Unilever Vietnam’s strategic pricing, price- pack architecture, promotions and trade terms structure with the aim of driving profitable growth. NRM has been identified as one of our core strategic growth enablers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Data Analysis

Evaluate promotion performance and assess ROI across business categories
Optimize profitable growth by conducting price- pack mix analysis
Analyze brand, pack, & channel performance to uncover business issues & opportunities
Translate data into clear insights using structured NRM tools and frameworks

Execution Champion

Drive performance tracking and champion NRM initiatives’ landing in the market
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to connect strategy with day‑to‑day execution
Review execution effectiveness by trade terms and market response mechanics

Foster continuous improvements by engaging & collaborating with key stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous exposure in Consumer Market Insights or Category Management or is a plus
Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and sharp business logic
Fast learner, curious, ability to ask the right question
Ready to start full- time at Unilever Homebase, District 7, HCMC
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, VBA, or SQL is a plus
Final- year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant fields, with less than 02 years of experience
