Responsibilities
Talent acquisition:Lead end- to- end recruitment cycles for senior and junior roles.
Provide insights and reports on hiring progress as requested.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Continuously improve hiring process for a better candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with employee referral policies for internal applicants.
Develop and maintain partnerships with internal leadership team.
Manage onboarding process for all levels.
Identify position requirements and appropriate recruitment channels.
Accurately manage candidate and requisition database.
Manage pipelines until offer acceptance.
Provide support for company activities such as events and workshops.
Collaborate on driving projects under the approved Employer Branding plan.
Other tasks assigned by
line manager.
Requirements
Business- related awareness and good knowledge of current affairs.
Possesses a strong can- do attitude, drive, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Creative, imaginative, and able to take initiative.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Relevant experience in the real estate industry.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages.
