RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit intern and entry- level positions.
Update and manage candidate data and records.
BOC/Landlords/clients.
Scan and archive employee onboarding files.
Draft and post recruitment content/communications on job platforms.
Format candidate CVs according to Savills standard template for submission to
Assist in career fairs, office visits, and career events.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Support the new joiners signing and collecting onboarding documents.

Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
Open- minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
