RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, properly stored, and accessible as required.
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships within the business line.
Support in preparing in- depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure the success of the
Division in conjunction with the Head.
Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling the provision of reliable and accurate advice to potential customers regarding property movements and industry trends.

Language Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).

Education Study in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics (3rd- year or 4th- year student).
